Communicator with more than 35 years of experience in national and international media, Warkentin is a multiplatform journalist. Her work has been noted for innovation in processes and her deep interest in understanding and analyzing, based on communication, social changes and their possible impact on them. She has been the creator and director of educational, media and business projects.
Since September 2016, she has been the owner of the news program “Asílas Cosas” broadcast on W Radio. She is a columnist for Reforma and El País, where she is also a podcaster with “Al Habla con Warkentin”; as well as on Amazon Music: “Al cliente lo que pida”; Podimo: “Querido Futuro”; Spotify Studios: “Batman desenterrado” and “Un chef en tu cocina; and Quién magazine: “Secretos Reales”. Host of “Los presidenciables” on Gatopardo. She was also a moderator at the Third Presidential Debate of Mexico in 2018.

She is a professor of Communication at the Universidad Iberoamericana, and was an academic of the Master’s in Journalism on Public Policies at the Center for Economic Research and Teaching (CIDE). She teaches at national and international universities. She completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication at the Universidad Iberoamericana. She has postgraduate studies in Comparative Literature from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and in Communication from the University of Navarra, Spain.
