IPA Publishers Congress 2026 – Kuala Lumpur

The International Publishers Association ('IPA') is the global organiser of the IPA Publishers Congress. The 2026 edition in Kuala Lumpur is hosted and organised locally by the Malaysian Book Publishers Association ('MABOPA', 'we', 'our').

This Privacy Policy explains how MABOPA, as the data controller, collects, uses, and protects personal data for the IPA Publishers Congress 2026, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) ('PDPA') and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ('GDPR').
