Payment Policy

Registration Fees and Stages

  • All participants must register to attend the event.
  • Registration fees vary according to the following stages:
  • Early Bird Stage: Solo 800 USD, Duo 1200 USD (Deadline: March 31, 2024, Mexico City time).
  • Regular Stage: Solo 900 USD, Duo 1350 USD (Deadline: July 31, 2024, Mexico City time).
  • Late Stage: Solo 1000 USD, Duo 1500 USD (Deadline: October 20, 2024, Mexico City time).
  • After the Late Stage deadline, registrations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional fees.


Payment Methods

  • Accepted forms of payment include credit and debit cards.
  • Bank transfers are only accepted from organizations established in Mexico. Please ensure all bank transfers include the registrant’s name and registration number.
  • Cash payments are not accepted.


Confirmation of Payment

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful processing of the payment.
  • Please retain this confirmation as proof of your registration and payment.


Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be notified in writing to the event organizer.
  • Cancellations and refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Cancellations received after October 31, 2024, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • In the event of extenuating circumstances, requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


Changes to Registration

  • Any changes to registration (e.g., attendee name change) must be communicated in writing and may be subject to a change fee.


Event Cancellation

  • In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event by the organizers, full refunds will be issued.
  • The organizers are not responsible for any other expenses incurred by the registrant.



  • The event organizers are not liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of the attendees during the event.
